i was about to ask/invite/alert paul that i am planning the last steps of scrapping the boat; i had already sent an email to joan with a few ideas, but i didn’t want to share that email with paul why not?
email is the wrong tool for this sort of thing; people forget to reply all, so the info becomes fragmented; on bigger groups eventually the chain gets unwieldy, many don’t care for all the alerts, etc. by being here on this blog it’s one version, updatable by comments (or direct editing if i decide to allow that; i own
so i started to type the thing in messages not messenger
