after enjoying what might have been the smallest roast beef at mom’s last week, mentioned we should try one in the air fryer. not to be that air fryer guy, but very good results. possibly excellent? this was a simple round roast, so one ponders how good it might be with a tenderloin or maybe a tri-tip?
air fryer, lower shelf on vented shelf, empty vented shelf above (to spread the hot air); 15mins at 205C/400F, then 15mins at 180C/360F; check temperature, rare: 125C, medium-rare: 135C.








serving 1 – with cauliflorwer bites. and turkey gravy from a powder.
