… then in goes the egg… 
… cook, low heat (2.0-2.5) for a few minutes until top surface is just setting… 
…then heat off, cover to melt the cheese… 
…then onto toasted english muffins with mayo (or Miracle Whip!)… 
…add the bacon… 
…and serve with 1/2 a banana.
