maybe bs? see reviews below. if these reviews are to be trusted, seems like a great device. doesn’t do the cooling, just stimulates skin at the wrist inside, in a way that tricks the brain to perceive temperature differently.
project? this is nothing more then a 5$ peltier device, a simple controller, and a battery pack.
