joan brought home a Ariyana Falafel for me, and some leftover chicken shawarma. Problem a leftrover wrap like this is basically inedible from various sauces being absorbed into the wrap. so i disassembled both, chopped the good stuff, trashed green-wasted the soggy remains, reheated the good stuff, rolled it into a burrito wrap, toasted in the cost iron pan. Perhaps this is “fusion” (middle eastern falafel & chicken shawarma + alaskan knife + mexican burrito + indian ghee?) I don’t know, but it sure was tasty!

…then into large tortilla… 
…then toast it on both sides in the cast iron pan with a bit of ghee… 
…toasted… 
… YUM!
