the one-pedal dring feature sounds awesome. but wouldn’t you still need a brake pedal? cool that you colud drive noarmllyu with just the accelerator pedal, and should integrate with sensors (like, off accel pedal, coasting to a stop at a rate favorable to regen efficiency.. but distance sensror show car ahead, so braking regen or otherwise is enganed to bring to stop at hte right distance behind the car in front of you.,
but how do you handle emergency stopping? or when you want to stop very quickely. how can the system determinyou want as fast as possile stoppoing? seem that the brake pedal would be the answer.
