after stirring on Monday evening, there is a good wine small. s.g. only dropped to 1.010, so not going much faster.

same sg = 1.010. added 1pk yeast, stirred top gently.

— 2024-12-14 – Saturday – day 21 – no progress after adding 1TB sugar, 2 days after adding 1 pack yeast (see above);
the wine isn’t progressing. gone up a bit to 1.012. which makes sense since we added sugar, but the yeast didn’t eat it, or there’s no live yeast left, even though we added a pack a few days ago.
— 2024-12-17 – Tuesday – day 24 – no progress; transferred to new bucket, aerating as it goes, avoiding the goo (dead yeast) at the bottom; then added 1/4c white sugar, yeast package, and “booster”, gave it a vigourous 30-second stir.
