will try to use the big white ones from the garage box; these are likely froma bed, so credit for re-use.
there are plenty of 3 & 4″ casters to fix the tv stnd from the usual places (amamzon.ca, home depot, Harbor Freight, Princess Auto) but all are ~40$ for 4, a bit much to spend on a simple old tv stands.
whiill try doing the wide white ones, maybe sdrill a hole thru and push these ones in; likely use a zip tie on upper side to keep them in, or worse case, c-clip or drill a hole for cotter pin?

looks like the disks that make op the wheel just popped off. if can find, might re-assemble; but can’t find. regaardless will just come off again.
NEXT STEP: need to check garage; i know there is a tub out there; found lots, but none direct fit.
NEXT STEP: need to know if hole in bottom of legs is threaded, is so likely M8, or can be tapped M10; i think it’s closer to 10mm since that’s where the plastic sits when fully inserted. if so, might an M10 thread fit in and grab, to keep it in, probs not threaded.; hole is 10.4mm dia, too large for any “lightweight” casters; M12x1.25 is 10.8mm drill size, so possible, except these are large casters,, minimum $10 each, and not speding $40+ for a cheap tv stand.
should have kept some whhel from the recently discarded chair(s)? D’oh!
turns out it just friction fits into hole, not threaded.
