i listen to joan’s side of tech support calls for both internet, wifi, and cell phone problems. the mixup between 5GHz (WiFi) and 5G (cell phones) is problematic. i blame the cell phone world, since 5G is short for “%th Generation”, a made up term (could have used other terms), wherase 5GHz is the actual physical reality of the frequency of the signal.
