neat. ~50k savings on te lt fee. and some/all tax releift for buidlerowner? for 5 years. so why not build one, live in summertime, rental otherwsie, then plow profiuts into another, then anothert? but chochrane is a long way from things… 8hrs from toronto by cart, maybe 2 hour flight? so can this be done in more closer places, like here or anyewhere? so town loses ~70k (50k for the lot fee + 5x 4K yearly taxes?, but then then grows and grows housing.
