article talks about how deteministic entework is reqd for self-driving cars and other important things, but then suggests they also neded to add 4K video streaming on the same netowkr. seems like this sort of enterntainment netowrk should not be on the same phystcal network as te command/control/sensors part of the vehicle. or let the phoneas and tablets do the streaming themselvesd, let thec ar just do car stuff.
