french fries and onion rigns that have escaped the fry baskety and have sepend too many minutes in the oil. these things should be scooped out, let to drains, and sold as “croispy bits”, either individuyakllky (criuspy bit of fries, criupsy bits of onion rings, etc) or as a mixture./
