IMHO, astronomy is boned. If Starlink, Jeff Bezo’s ????,m and the others all fill their promises, that’s ??? small satellites in orbit. Every observation will have multipkle tracks.
One thinng to keep in mind for visual observing, or long-exposure photos is that these satellites are only shining ~1.5hrs after sunset and ~1.5 hours before sunrise. deep exposures start once the sun is well down and stop well before sun uip. ??? ask a scientist if thewse numbers are correct.
