This could be good news. I’ve always thought even if we stopped emitting greehose gases today, there would be a large bcklash when we don’t see an immediate change in the environment, since I assume (as did most scientists, per the article) there’s a lot of lag in the system, longer than humans can really gwt (100s to 1000s of years). “We sacrificed all this carbon-emitting stuff, and nothing got better, so I want my fossil-fueled car back.”
