Article provides an estimate of C$80B+, 4x 2018’s deficeit. But savings by eliminating other social assitance (welfare is mentioend as a particu;ary inefficient system, OAS? Mother’s allowance? Also, no idea what that UBI would be., $-wise.
I wonder if anyone is thinking of or doing studies on this (like changes in labour participation ?expected?)
