ideas for a my dream espresso machines. yes, plural. probably a superautomatic and a manual lever machine. both ends of the spectrum. maybe one upstairs and one downstairs (but what about on the deck??)

this reviewer equates the Cafelat Barista Robot and the Flair 58 as both great, he didn’t care for the obvious style choice, with lack of handles (robo hands insterad)
2023-12-14 – here’s a manual lever machine. La Pavoni Europicolla Lusso. So simple. “Euro” “Picolla” “Lusso” just screams espresso to me. $CDN~1K is pretty steep. Video here maybe. Or on the website.

You managed to 1 up me by finding a machine with a built in grinder that is not a fully automatic machine. We have had 2 Saeco models at work over the years and they both have been very difficult to clean.
