Probably not a whole story, but a premise to setup conflict or a funny situation:
- One sender of message; one or more receivers of message
- Sender is rushed, only causually confirms what typed is what’s intended
- a simple example: “Hey just saw->sex u budd John” where “saw” was intended but autocorrect changed to “sex”.
- Receiver gets the “sex” version
- This miscommunication can lead to conflict
This sort of thing is probably a trope; miscommunication.
One weird thing is the sender can’t point to their phone and say “but I really typed “saw”, since you don’t see what autocorrect did.
But maybe you should be able to see, perhaps in the details; have your history show something like “saw->sex” or somesuch.
