DAE think there must be better solutions to oversupply problems than just destruction; for instance, Ontario dairy farmers dumped milk last week.

I have a few:

1. Donate or sell at lower cost to hospitals, food banks, etc.

2. Give or sell it in 5ga buckets at the factory gate. I’d make cheese!

3. Sell to government to make long-term storage cheese.
