Letters of Note – letters. by people. sometimes famous, sometimes not. my first exposure to it was the “My belly full of mangojackfruit…“1fromthe Times of India, so seems legit, although I note due to bit rot it’s getting hard to find; even Letters of Note isn’t showing it (or maybe is behind their paywall?) Indian train passenger complaint letter. has a low-frequency email newsletter worth getting.
Serious Eats – daily recipes. weekly technique longreads. but their damn recipe format has gotten huge, need to use 50% scalling to get reasonable size on pdf or print. and they don’t include the recipe image ffs!
