fix back deck gate
- re-level gate (spacers/shims under bottom hinge? cut top hinge mortis? deeper)
- add magnet to hold open
- add magnet to hold closed (keep latch by chain or hook, so the primary keep closed mechanism is the magnet.
reseat all screws; probably should have done before staining 😔
