Coffee ratios
Clever Pour-over, 504g water, 37g coffee = 13.6:1 ratio; grind “6 cups” on grind 8; wire mesh filter; water comes to rim of filter. 4 mins steep, stirring once at the 1 minute mark. Paul remarked as very good a few times (I was drinking pop so did not taste).
