the ‘garagesale’ / selling everything process – ultimate shortcode

i wrote this as a prompt for Gemini+: 1hi! i want to create an info graphic of the process of selling items on my “garaagesale” website (see other chats) here is the rough steps:

take a picture of the item to be sold
upload pictures of items
for each item:
decide it’s fate: keep, trash, garagesale, etc
for items NOT going to garagesale: move the pics to another dir
for items going to garagesale:
name files properly
get additional info (amazon link, mfgs’ link
if req’d, test item as best as we can (one of the “value adds” we offer is ensuring the crap isn’t sold at least by us)
put this info inthe .jpg “comments” property (all of them)
move them to my downloads for next steps
create the listing on garagesale
make new (or if similar exists, make copy of) list4ing
send emaail to joan with:
link to garaesale listing
how much i want
link to the cell in the “selling stuff” gsheet
when joan wants to make facebook marketplace:
use the pics, description, and want price freom the garaeslae listing
put the link to the fbmarket listing into the “selling stuff” gsheet, column ??
when the item sells:
update the selling stuff gsheet with $soldfor
update the fbmarket listing with “SOLD” (or better to delete?)
repeat for next item,

i would like an info graphic that show these steps. I will flech them out in more detail laters. ideally i would like to see thi graphic at different levels: high level for the ~8 major points? with expanders arrows to open the details of each main point, and down to the “open this file, email it to someone” level.
how do?

I then asked for an “infographic” that show this:

Expand/Collapse All
1: Capture
* [ ] Photograph item (Main, Back, Labels/Tags)
* [ ] Note any obvious defects or serial numbers
* [ ] Move physical item to ‘Triage’ bin
2: Triage
* [ ] Decide fate: Sell, Donate, Scrap, or Keep
* [ ] Research “Sold” prices on eBay/Marketplace
* [ ] Assign a preliminary target price
3: Preparation
* [ ] Clean or repair item
* [ ] Gather accessories (cables, manuals, remotes)
4: Quality Control
* [ ] Functional testing (Power on, test ports, etc.)
* [ ] Verify all parts are present
* [ ] Final wipe-down
5: Metadata & Tagging
* [ ] Rename photos using yyyy-mm-dd-item-name
* [ ] Draft title and description text
* [ ] Select WordPress categories and tags
6: Listing Creation
* [ ] Upload photos to WordPress
* [ ] Finalize price and shipping/pickup details
* [ ] Publish to your personal garage sale site
7: Marketing
* [ ] Cross-post to Facebook Marketplace
* [ ] Share link to local community groups
* [ ] Monitor comments and messages
8: Closing
* [ ] Mark as ‘Sold’ on WordPress and Marketplace
* [ ] Update master spreadsheet/Baserow with final price
* [ ] Archive photos to long-term storage
