Signs that suggest the decline of human civilization has started….

Men (presumably ladies) are purposefully sun-tanning their taint/choad/perinieum(sp?).  Increases engergy or some such nonsense.  An actor (Josh ???) has tweeted that he sun burnt his anus doing this.
