by doing this regularly (it;s just a few clicks, easiest done on desktop in chrome) my feed on pc is devoid of crap. however, since much leass easy on the youtbe players on my rokus, the feed on those can be very slop-filled. this is also evidence that even though it’s my account on ech of the 2 rokus (tv room , bedroom tv), each device has it’s own algorithm. i sorta like this, since we tend to watch difference things on these 2 devices; lots of short-form 10min or less standup andother comdedy and odd thngs we like (hydraulic press channel being the stand-out example).
would be interesting to have a method of having the same-smae list of all devices. maybe.
i have asked the chrome dev and the devs of the chrome extension “Improve Youtube” to add a button that does all three of these with one click. i’m not holding my breath.
