here’s a 2nd attempt at naan with yogurt instead of yeats (todo: link to recipe; link to 1st attempt); tried not to kneed it much, and left it to rest 30mins after first full ball, then after 8 small balls; also, dry fried in hot cast iron, not even a wipe of oil.

sadly, while tasty, and they won’t go to waste, they’re not naan. here’s the end result, after before brushing melted garlic butter on ’em:

and here’s the blow-by-blow, with occasional observations. but why? and not in order due to the problem of file uploads are randomwly inserted into the media gallery, and very tedious to fix uless very smell num of files (8 is ok, but i rarely fix a gallery of this size). should report this as a complaint to word press devsa. but why?
