here’s my secret girlfriend Natashia reviewing some russia goods found in a ?spanish store. she travels a lot. in reviewing a beer (non-alcoholinc?) and mentioned the name “taras”, which triggered me to want to share with paul, for… reasons?

   1. can share with others
   2. doesn’t dissapear in the on-going text or email stream
   3. can have links to other blosts or videos or whevs by tagging or explicit links
   4. can be discussed and referenced in the furutre, eliminating that annoyoing “yah, i saw something like that, if was in an email (search, search) , no maybe a text (search search)…
2. linking directly to the video at the exact time is handy af. idont have to mention where, i don’t have to first out the tgimeingmark myseleft, just poke the “share” button and check the box “start at….” and BOOM! it done.
   1. in truth, i did this the hard way… it was momenets after she said “taras” that i realized i wanted to share with paul; so I actually went back to the moment she started talking about the beer, then shared to ge t the exact timestamp… but in reality i should have just hit the share.. start at… midway thru that segment, letting media-savvy paul know that he’s to skip back a bit to find the proper startpoint.
3. how a thought i had prompted by a viea i’m watching in the side went to my s.o.c. file (1st least minimally capable means, like first order accessiabilty per adam savag)) and then into the blog post.
4. how i write with no concern for punctuation, gammer, etc. first task is to get the ideas ,thoughts, words down soewhere. which is of course, the s.o.c. file! but even first cuts here are generally as it comes off my keyboard or from transcription. clean up is for later.
5. one bad thing… web rot… if the name of the youtube ever changes or is not per the link above, fail. if youtube stops, fail. i think as my blog moves (currrnely hosted at easydns.com) things should be ok, since i own the domain ‘ckms.ca’ and therefore it can by moved and as long as the web blog software works correctly, everything internal to the blog will be properly resolved… even if i move it to my local server, dns will still point correctly, as long as everything is maintained (i must keep ckms.ca, dns must work, internet must work, etc.)
6. how i link from s.o.c. file to here and back again.
