tl;dr: weaken and delay ’cause producers & users of packaging are warning costs will go up and they can’t raise prices; will need to be a national-lelvel thing, ortherwise ontario pricesd go up means more buying from qc and others. i say force it, tell the businesses affected to raise prices or eat thye cost (and maybe find a better way?), but no politician wants to be the “i raised prices” guy.
