i think i actually understood most of that. govt must give more interest in treasury bonds (t-bills?) to entice buyers to buy them instead of something else; higher interest yeid,l signals less confidence in the usa as a bond payer backer, this wass apparently one of the big bumps that caused tfg to back off on the tariff everybody (paused until ??90 days?)
