a hydrid approach to auction pickup – walk-in, scheduled… why not both?

so I was wondering if there might be a better way for auction pickup. i wrote the following…

auction places – opffer that if the use a scheduling system, have the items gathered at the start of, or as a minimum at the end of, the allowted time. i onc e scehduled a 2-2.10pm appt, showed up on time, and then waited 15 mins for the clerc to gather.
and why not optional? if someone shows up at their scduled time, they go to front of line, or even better, one clerk for schdules, one for walk-ins,
be pre-gathering, your bqack of house whathouse pickers only need tofill, boxes by time, so with good picking softwae, should be able to allow more efficient pickups (instead of picking for one invoice, pick stuff near where you go; might require rotuting software that likely exists but not sure if at these auction places capabilities
and don’t make it mandatory! people will gravitate to the method that works best for them; those that dont schedule might notice the rapidly moving line of schduled pickupsm AND the lack of wiating provided you do the pre-pickup. you can eve schdule shorter slots if you get the pre-pickup working, whic can be done before opening hours perhaps

so i asked Gemini+ for a summary; after a few back & forths, i asked for a summary in the form of a slideshow presentation; gemini gave me a good summary in 11 slides, but no easy way to make an actual slideswhow, other than c/p into the appro slideshow software. whiel I did this, and it only took 2 mins with the help of the windows multi-clipboard softeware, there should be an automatice way.

the shlideshow, 99% as from gemini’s output: auction-pickup-scheduled-vs-walkins-gemini
