carney wants to make factory built homes a thing. not a bad idea,. but isnt one of the main arguments against factory / modular housing is treat like a rv/trailer park item and therefore can’t get insurance?
gemini tl;dr: misconceptioon,factroy-buit are much like stick built, insurance is easy? but must be to building code, permananet, on a foundation, etc.
