frozen pizza (Casa di Mama Hawaiian, thawed as the pizza cooker recommends) and lots of brussels sprouts with bacon and almonds. Pizza was done in the Piezano countertop pizza cooker, 600F top/400F bottom, 10 mins pre-heat, 10 mins cooking). I’ve paid good money for restaurant pizza that wasn’t as good as this.
also, the Alaskan knife thingy mom brought me from Alaska is a damn good pizza cutter. Protip: start in the center and rock outwards.
