first attempt at a crispy fried egg – crispy on the bottom, yolk still flowing. missed it this time, should keep hed 5.0 til done, and don’t splash oil over yolks, just the white. this garbage plate cause i used leftrover ravioli sauce combined with leftover cheesy mac, in truth, ’twas fine. esp with chciekn strips.
