2023-03-16 – added a note here about Joan’s idea o Bum Cams: give cams to bums, provide the wifi/lte/5g coverage, let them walk the streets and earn money? P{roblem: this “job” is already being done as a hobby-gig by a smal number of highly interested indiviuals. freaks and nerds, basically.
