can’t enable the Alexa skill “Home Assistant” to let HA talk to Alexa. might need this to control the Amazon Basics lights I added to Muffins’ cage.

I am trying to enable the “Home Assistant” skill the Alexa app on my phone. After scanning the barcode with my phone, I get the link to the Alexa app, with the “Home Assistant” skill selected. I press the “ENABLE TO USE” button, then I get the message “We were unable to link the skill at this time. Please try again later.”:
