Sure, they’ve got a 2:1 (or better?) advantage solar isolation; the GHI map is relevant for solar power installations:

But we got lots of area to cover.  Including the roof of Quickmill Inc.  (would be interesting to talk to the folks that decided to put solar on the roof next door):
