ideally up against the wall, perhaps in the fridge leftside corner?
i like the pipe fitting style. but need ~1.5″ diam inside thread, but 1″ pipe fittings are more like ~3/4″ id. not sure where larger sizes can be found (maybe try norms?)
real simple; backing board (12″x6″x1″, probably have suitable scrap); each holder needs 1 flange, 1 short nipple (od threads), 1 T; probs $50 in parts. 
this would work, but the prices!! and i think that’s usd$
