Yes. We have been a CSA member for the last 5 years or so. Important way to support a local farmer and get good food. Not cheap and you do give up flexibility, but still worth it. Current models, admittedly, are not tailored to people of lesser means. They are a bit elitist given the $ involved (which you have to pay up front).
