regarding the long stuck cigar box guitar project, Paul passed me a link to Lee Valley’s “specialized tools” for the job. Of course the tools are beautiful, being Lee Valley and all. But if I bought a few of these tools, it would likely cost more than just buying one already made, or a kit.
also, why is the fret saw so specialized shouldn’t cutting lines in a surface to a specific and constant depth should be a common task in woodworking?
also, cigar box guitar might be better fretless?
