I like mayo and mustard on most sandwiches. But I want them separated; if I wanted Mayotard or Mustmayo I’d buy it. In my humble opinion, there is a taste difference. Generally, need at least one full layer of meat to fully separate them, multiple layers preferred.
Here we have a good example; mayo on the bottom slice, ham, salami, s&p, cheese, then mustard on the top slice.
