taftoon bread is similar to lavash bread. got it at same place. it’s round, same ingrediantes, same feel and taste. has holes that make it less than ideal for wetter wraps (chicken caesar, burrito, etc). these were just a way to use up the last in the bag (of 3… 2 used for chicken caesar wraps a few days. is mexican quesadillas with middle eastern bread is anew fusion?
