peameal bacon – try sliced thin like salami.

should get peameal bacon but sliced thinner, like streky bacon thin. easier to chew threough in a sandwich with egg and stuff. would be ting to contrast cost to the pre-cooekd snausdage patties we’ve been using for breakfast sandwhiohces; also, would be better for plain sandwiches; the normal slicing of peameal tends to be too thick for inclusuion in a sandwichi. too hard to bite through. buy making it salami thin (measure??) a couple of slices would cook quick, air fryer maybe for a cleaner optioon no pan??
why is this not a think?
