2023-12-06 – by using a 5-minute sand timer, I am able to rate limit my consumption of licorice (the real stuff, not that red stuff. which I also like, but not a regular snack for me).
The 5-minute timer is ideal, since they small stack of licorice I might have (5 or 6 pcs?), should last for ~30minutrs. what also happens is I forget that I am eating licorice and stretch it even longer.
