watching this review of a xmall tow behind trailerr, that fridge would be idea if it opened from either kitchen or loundge/dinette side (link is at the appropriate time):
there should be a way to have a door (like a small fridge in a rv trailer) that is openeable from either side; the latch is diupicated, nd the first puyll on the latch causes the hinges on the other side to engage, and stay so until closed; 2nd full pull would open the door. should also be awvail on cupboard doors, kitchen cabinet door, etc.
likely too hard to make a solid hingse that can be engagend and disengaged
; but like fully imllunminated cabinets, drawrs, etc, simple luxury. or something
