why can’t they just give a simple 2/3rd off for folks willing to do the simplest thing (wait ’til 11pm)? instead they have a way to offset (more expensiuve rate at 4pm-9pm or so); so unless careful, one might actually cost more if lots of late afternoon/early eventing use.
