the argument trump makes for unions autoworkers must fight against evs as if no one will ever buiy cars again. or will only buy from china. but this is also a admission that evs are that uch better? will we buy much less cars when al are evs? there certainly are many maintence issues lessened with evs, but will caqr buying go down that much? and protectionism? can’t usa union autoworkes comptete? what is is about the ice that means usa union autoworks will not just move to ev making? is it pure machoism? real men doen’t make evs! bolts still need to be tighenedn, wires still need to be wired, and etc. is there an known estimate for autoworkes reduced if the as the ev overtakes ice over the next 50 years?
