Interesting that the health food aspect is not significant. But is talking about the specific examples sold at BK, A&W, White Castle, etc); can the IP or BM meat be part of a gourmet burger?
Maybe we’ll see these plant-based meats replace the low end burgers, mass-produced, flavour-added by salt and other spices. Probably sugar added.
Also, is this something a large % of population will want? Cynical me sez nope, unless the direct costs are lower than cow burgers. Majority won’t care, and minority that doesn’t is too small to make a difference.
