Some electric vehicle (EV) drivers in northern Ontario say the charging network between Thunder Bay and Sault Ste. Marie is failing people who don’t drive Teslas. A White River towing company operator says he attended to six EVs with dead batteries in June. The Ivy chargers in White River have been down since spring.

until charging is as persvasive as gas illing i snow, wil need to be careful in planning long trips. this is part of the “range anxiety” exeprienced by ev users?

“I was talking to the tow truck driver and he said, ‘Oh this happens a lot because it has been down for at least two months,'” he said.”
