water heater is fairly efficient; we bought it as part of the audit thingy ~2013?? need efficientcy#, size of existing; is getting old, so look to replace before it faile.
has anyone considered a hybrid system with a cooler hot water ng, then a small ng on demand to get that extra few degrees at fuaxctes.
