If there’s any danger of limbs hitting our house or either car, we’ll need to get them down.
Don’t want to pay for solar panels or another roof fix. And would hate to see B&K’s VW damaged a few days before they turn it in.

Tree has been assessed by the city. Mom received a call letting us know that the tree cannot be saved, they are no longer treating it. It will come down but not likely this year. They assessed the branches and determined that it’s dying but not in danger of coming down.
I’m sure the city would err on the side of caution as they are on the hook if anything came down on property.
Apparently there are trees out there worse off than ours in the city so we are on the radar.
Tree is showing signs of stress due to ash borer infestation. Bark is coming loose and in a couple of areas the branches are starting to split. No branches in danger of coming down in the near future. Branch closest to house has just begun to touch the eaves. Lots of dead smaller branches, not big enough to do harm. Probably will trade VW in today so no danger there. I have been calling the city to come and look at the tree and trim the dead branches but no one will call me back. Have been calling for 3 years now. Have not taken any pictures.
