Article mentions latest sales figures suggest we are >5% EV sales. Some consider 5% the point wehre things start to take off.
This seems wrong; vast majority of homes have 240 split into 2x 120. Maybe they mean most have 100A service, which is sketchy if you want to avoid micromanaging your dryer, stove, AC, etc. But article does point out chargers will be able to manage this and only charge when other large appliacnes are off.
